If there is a site affiliated with Public Hospitals (e.g., Training and Research Hospitals), after obtaining approval from the trial Ethics Committee and the Ministry of Health, it is mandatory to obtain preliminary permission from the Provincial Health Directorate to submit to the General Public Hospitals. Subsequently, all collected preliminary permissions will be submitted to the Public Hospitals General Directorate for final approval. With this approval, the clinical study contract signing process of the relevant site can be initiated. ATASEHIR CRO provides support for all these documentation and signing processes.
